Tuesday April 11, 2017 - Bay-Friendly Gardening and Growing Edibles

From 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the CVSan Office at 21040 Marshall Street, Castro Valley

This workshop will feature the benefits of growing your own food and healthy soil building techniques.  We will also provide information on CVSan's annual Earth Day Clean-Up and Recycle event.

Light refreshments will be served.

*CVSan reusable produce bags will be given out to the first 10 attendees (you must register in advance and attend the full workshop to be eligible for a bag).

This workshop is open to all, especially Earth Day site coordinators, volunteers & adults interested in reducing the amount of trash sent to the landfill.  Students ages 13 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

By checking below, I hereby grant consent and authorize the use and reproduction of any and all photographs taken or media produced in connection with the Davis Street Transfer Station (DSTS) Tour, or anyone authorized by Castro Valley Sanitary District (CVSan) to the use of negatives, positives, electronic images or proofs for education and recycling promotional purposes, without further compensation to me or anyone I am signing on behalf of or their representatives. All negatives, positives, and electronic images, together with the prints shall constitute the property of CVSan, solely and completely.
